At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Wraparound Facilitator to join our team in Goldsboro, NC. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of individuals by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower patients to find their way forward.

What You’ll Do:

The Facilitator is a Qualified Mental Health Professional on the High Fidelity Wraparound team designed to build the Child and Family Team (CFT) to support the child on a mission to successfully stay “at home, in school and out of trouble ” and organizes the team activities to accomplish this goal. They provide direct support and education to the family and the CFT utilizing a strengths-based commitment to achieve set goals in the Family Plan as well as the documentation into the UNC G database. The Facilitator will also lead by example in upholding the Wraparound philosophy of ” Whatever it takes ” in serving and meeting the needs of the youth and families to achieve success.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule primarily business hours but does include 3-7 pm to accommodate the family’s schedules as needed. PAID CLINICAL SUPERVISION TOWARD FULL

LICENSURE, or up to $65/week toward outside supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you must be able to provide care in the community and homes of the families, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, have strong communication skills and be able to link clients to community resources.

We also require the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field. Must meet the NC Qualified Professional requirements to include education and experience with the population served. A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
