The primary focus is to foster the clients’ ability to become independent, competent and connected with others in the community.

Direct Support Professionals and Team Leaders Summary:
The Program Manager has direct oversight of an adult residential program providing support to individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Manager is the direct liaison between Next Steps and the Area Agencies and or funding sources, family members, guardians, external health care professionals and any other ancillary service providers. The Program Manager is responsible to ensure the overall physical and mental health and wellness of the individuals and to assist them in attaining their goals. The Program Manager is responsible in ensuring the highest quality of services are being delivered to the individuals. The Program Manager is responsible in ensuring that the program is adhering to all certification and licensing requirements. The Program Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all program and client documentation.
License/Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License Ongoing Training:
We provide all staff training and staff are paid to attend these trainings. You do not need any experience. First Aid, CPR, PABC, Medication Administration Program, Fire Safety, OSHA, Human/Client Rights Training. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be legal to work in the US.
