Job Description Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team in Bedford, NH. As a Community Director you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. What do we offer? The Community Director helps the company grow by: Provide oversight for community management operations of the branch. Establish positive relationships with board of directors, community managers and support staff, and other vendors at branch level. Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level for community focused operations. Assist in the preparation of policies and procedures to efficient service clients. Training liaison for community managers and community support roles. Managing people/teams. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Knowledge of general accounting principles at a proficient level. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an proficient level. Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.). Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
