Competitive, based on experience Job Description Volare Partners is looking for an Affordable Housing Property Manager to support and manage our affordable housing portfolio in Franklin and Littleton, NH. This role requires traveling between both Franklin, NH and Littleton, NH. In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a 36-Unit and 50-Unit affordable housing complex. You will be responsible for implementing the policies and procedures set forth by the company to maintain compliance with all HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and Fair Housing Guidelines.

National Holidays Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Manage Tenant Relations, including general communications and notices, resolution of tenant concerns, and all income certification/tenant-filed related items.
- Supervise on-site staff, maintenance contractors, and vendors.
- Manage and monitor waitlists for properties, ensuring compliance through the full leasing cycle of reviewing all applications, income verifications, and certifications.
- Coordinate preparation of Tenant Files with third party and comply with all HUD regulations. Prepare for all Management and Occupancy Reviews and coordinate proper access with audit party and respond to any issues found promptly.
- Budget and establish ongoing maintenance plan to properly maintain property. Prepare for all REAC inspections and coordinate proper access with audit party and respond to any issues found promptly.
- Participate in daily, weekly and quarterly update calls with Ownership to ensure compliance with all HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, Affordable Housing and Fair Housing Standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in all HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing requirements
- 3+ years of Affordable Housing Experience
- Knowledge of AppFolio Property Management Software (or ability to learn)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, while working independently to manage multiple sites.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
