Residential Manager Position Available In Merrimack, New Hampshire

The Residential Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, coordination, and monitoring of supports/services for ISN residential services. This position is responsible for recruitment, training, oversight of home care providers, and ensuring quality services are being provided in compliance with state regulations.1.Responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day operations of residential programs.2.Ensure goals are met in areas including safety, quality, training, documentation, and team performance.3.Work directly with consumers, as necessary.4.Provide on-call assistance as needed to assure appropriate handling of situations.5.Responsible for resolving operational and maintenance issues.6.Interface with are agencies and guardians as well as other team members for meetings.7.Provide a quality assurance overview of residential homes and paperwork associated with the homes.8.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
