This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking ownership of both buildings and grounds. You must be mechanically inclined, have carpentry experience, and be comfortable handling tasks independently. In addition to maintenance duties, the role includes infrequent driving of the CEO and spouse to destinations such as the airport and overseeing the home during extended periods of travel. Key Responsibilities Commercial Property (Auburn, NH) Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Handle small building projects and in-house carpentry/handyman tasks. Mow the lawn, maintain outdoor areas, and ensure snow/ice management as needed. Keep all service records, inspection logs, and preventative maintenance plans up to date. Respond promptly to urgent facility needs and coordinate with vendors when specialized work is necessary. Residential Property (Bedford, NH) Conduct routine home maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Mow lawns, care for landscaping, and manage seasonal property upkeep (e.g., storm prep, snow removal). Maintain home systems including HVAC, irrigation, generators, and smart home features. Build and repair structures (e.g., shelving, fencing, garage features). Coordinate with contractors on larger projects (e.g. replace windows, new siding, etc.) Ensure the home is guest-ready at all times, including for special events. Supervise the home and property during extended periods when the family is traveling, acting as the primary point of contact for emergencies, vendors, or service providers.

Additional Responsibilities:

Occasional driving of the CEO and spouse, primarily to and from the airport or for scheduled appointments. Run light errands when requested (e.g., pick-ups, drop-offs, coordinating deliveries). Maintain discretion and uphold privacy standards while working in private and professional environments. Qualifications Strong background in carpentry and mechanical systems; capable of solving problems without external help. Lawn care and landscaping experience; willingness to maintain property grounds by hand. Excellent time management, independence, and communication skills. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation between Auburn and Bedford. Trustworthy, professional, and respectful of privacy in both business and home settings. Preferred Experience (not required) Experience with generators, pool systems, or smart home tech. Certifications in building maintenance or facility management. Light snow removal or small engine repair experience. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have appropriate internet speed.
