Job Description
Market Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 603 Portsmouth Avenue, Greenland, NH 03840 Bring your branch and business development skills to our new Seacoast location. HRCU is a financially strong institution with over $450 million in assets, 24,000 members and 90 employees. In 2023, we were recognized by Forbes as the #1 Credit Union in New Hampshire . Our headquarters is in Rochester, and we operate branches in Dover, Farmington, and at Spaulding High School. Our new location in Greenland NH serves the Portsmouth/Exeter parts of southern Maine. Our field of membership extends throughout the state of NH and York County Maine. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to manage our latest state-of-the-art branch. You will be cultivating small business and community relationships as well as overseeing branch operations. Must be professional with well-developed skills necessary for supervising staff and servicing our business/consumer and community relationships. Membership development and community engagement are a priority. In this role, you will promote the credit union through active participation in community and charitable events as a highly visible presence in the local area. Branch management duties include providing direction, training, and oversight to all branch staff ensuring the highest quality of service to members, maximum productivity and attainment of sales goals while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. Maintaining effective employee relations is critical.
Requirements:
Experience:
2 to 5 years of similar or related experience with proven experience of community engagement, building a strong customer base and extensive knowledge of banking products that include consumer, mortgage and small business lending.
Education:
College degree preferred or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, relevant training courses, and job specific skills acquired through work experience.
Interpersonal skills:
Motivating or influencing others is a material part of the job. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. The role requires a significant level of trust or diplomacy.
Additional skills:
Work requires analytical ability, judgment, and ingenuity. Professional level written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team environment.

Pay:
$65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
