Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, driving retention and growth, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting a talented team of contract personal trainers. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in personal training, proven leadership skills, and a track record of hitting sales and performance goals in the fitness industry. QUALIFICATIONS

Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization

CPR / AED

/ First Aid Certified 4+ years of personal training experience 3+ years of leadership experience in the Health & Fitness industry 3+ years of management experience, including hiring, training, motivating, delegating and supporting•ideally in the Health & Fitness Industry Ability to work independently, cooperatively and effectively with different personality types including Owners, Colleagues, Trainers, Clients, Partners, Vendors, and more Outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organization, time-management and written skills Friendly, outgoing personality and can-do, optimistic attitude to create a positive, successful environment for contractors and clients Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, WellnessLiving or similar, as well as various social media and marketing platforms Available for full-time work during non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, occasional weekends and holidays Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily / Ongoing In-studio +•5 days a week, ideally during peak morning and early evening hours Manage overall day-to-day studio operations and performance•inventory, CRM maintenance, trainer communication, social media content collection, and more Ensure client matters (billing, payments, contracts) are swiftly resolved or escalated, and ensure consistent follow through to all client inquiries (contract changes, partnership referrals, etc.) Lead Greenland studio client referral, review, and offboarding programs Demonstrate positive attitude through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to both contract clients and trainers Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the gym by conducting regular audits of space, inventory and equipment, as well as managing any necessary initiatives, cleaning, orders and repairs Support a studio culture of respect, trust, accountability, Ownership and goal achievement among Greenland trainer team Foster strong, meaningful relationships among the trainer and client community, proactively identifying opportunities to show recognition, enhance engagement, and/or address conflicts Weekly / Monthly Maintain training sessions as needed Participate in-monthly studio business unit meetings with Ownership to analyze key business performance indicators (training hours, studio capacity, first contract retention, late cancels & reschedules, LTV/CAC, P&L) and bring insights and suggestions to drive incremental performance, such as profit, revenue, or memberships. Meet with Epping Studio Manager ( DJ Ayotte ) bi-monthly to share learnings, strategies, and cross-examine capacity to ensure trainers are getting the hours they want Align with Community Coordinator ( Jaime Staples ) on studio marketing and partner events to acquire leads Partner with Ownership on lead generation and marketing strategies Oversee in-studio campaigns and events, including surprise and delight initiatives and celebrating special events with regularity, to drive community building, and trainer and client retention As Needed / Future Assist Ownership in recruiting, hiring, training and onboarding trainers and interns, while creating a talent bench Manage lead consultations to understand each potential client’s goals, injuries, and personality, and match them to the best trainer for their fitness journey

$50,000.00•$65,000.00 per year
