Our client is a Brand Marketing team of a global tech leader seeking a Social Media / Community Manager with content creation experience.
This is a 6-month, 40 hours/week assignment with likely extension that will be onsite 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs, nonnegotiable) in the Northern NJ office. To apply and be considered, you must reply with the following:

The main focus of this role is Community Management but will gradually include more involvement in social media content creation overtime. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day community management across social platforms, including monitoring conversations, responding to followers, and escalating issues as needed
Collaborate with the Community Management Lead to execute community engagement strategies and uphold brand voice
Partner with the Content Creation Lead to bring campaign ideas to life, ensuring alignment with tone, aesthetic, and platform-specific best practices
Stay up to date on social media trends, pop culture moments, and emerging platforms
Contribute to content calendar planning, copywriting, and post-production editing
Assist with data reporting and analysis
Create and edit engaging social content (static, video, stories, Reels/TikToks, etc.)
Help maintain social media security practices, platform hygiene, and password protocols
Partner with external agency vendors Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in social media marketing, with hands-on experience in both community management and content creation
Proficiency in social tools such as Sprinklr or native platform tools
Editing software skills using Premiere, CapCut, or Adobe Express
Strong understanding of social media culture, tone, and emerging trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Bonus Experience working within an agency or for a large, well-known brand
Strong storytelling skills and sense of brand tone and visual identity
Experience working on influencer or UGC-driven campaigns In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
