The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. This role involves managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining high occupancy rates across our portfolio. Duties Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units and conducting property tours. Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry, lease administration, and tracking tenant information. Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain accurate files and records related to leasing activities, tenant communications, and compliance documentation. Conduct market research to stay informed about local rental trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly. Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports and managing correspondence. Skills Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance tenant engagement. Familiarity with Yardi or OneSite for efficient property management operations. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and LIHTC compliance. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for file management and data entry tasks. Exceptional customer service skills to effectively address tenant inquiries and concerns. Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.
