All applicants must have a car and be within a half-hour driving radius of the properties, which are conveniently all located on the same block. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, problem solving, and maintaining high hospitality standards. Experience in Airbnb, VRBO, or other vacation rental platforms is a plus. Duties Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up on repairs and services. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with Airbnb platform Familiarity with Hospitable platform is a plus.
