Full Job Description Description Job Overview:

As a Property Operations Manager at 88 Morgan Condominium Association, you’ll be responsible for providing high level support to management in the overall operations of your assigned property. Along with delivering exceptional customer service to owners, residents, clients and vendors. Oversee projects and staff associated with management of property.

Your Responsibilities:

Support daily office operations by responding to resident emails, submitting work orders, and keeping track of open items Coordinate communication with vendors and schedule services like repairs, inspections, and maintenance follow-ups Handle resident move-ins and move-outs by collecting fees, preparing paperwork, and making elevator reservations Draft and send out building notices and updates to residents, making sure they’re informed about repairs, closures, or events Follow up on legal requests, delinquencies, and account questions with the appropriate departments (accounting/legal) Assist with tracking budgets and write-offs for board approval, and help close out items as needed for financials Manage resident relations by responding to daily inquiries and resolving service issues with professionalism and efficiency Submit checks to the AR department using cash coding forms, charge homeowner accounts with credit charge sheets, and process check requests for vendor payments Ensure implementation of board policies and decisions Maintain knowledge of association governing documents, rules, and legal requirements Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with residents, staff, and board members Manage homeowner inquiries, work orders, and vendor follow-ups using BuildingLink and Connect Track and update violations and modification requests; conduct regular property inspections Coordinate with vendors on services, repairs, and performance issues Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation Prepare meeting agendas, attend board meetings, and take minutes Assist with insurance reviews, annual calendars, and project tracking Welcome new residents, provide access setup, and support orientation Supervise front desk, security, and administrative staff Perform daily property walk-throughs with management and facilities Support General Manager with operations, emergency response, and all meetings Administer Traka key system and generate necessary reports Oversee internal communications and ensure timely posting of agendas Resolve resident complaints and maintain office organization

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years management experience, preferably in property management Experience working on multiple projects at a time Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent word processing, mathematic and computer skills required

Compensation:

$60,000 – $70,000 / annually
