The ideal candidate is independent, dynamic and interested in providing exemplary services to our Residents. All of our staff are hands-on and involved in the success of the Community. Responsibilities Running the day-to-day operations of the Community Conduct eligibility interviews with prospective tenants and prepare applicants for move in. Oversee resident income certification process and maintain all resident files. Work cooperatively with the Maintenance Staff to insure the highest level of professionalism. Prepare reports to be submitted to regional manager and corporate office. Those things which make a Community Exceptional Qualifications 1+ years of property management experience, preferred. Knowledge of YARDI or similar property management software Excellent written and oral communication Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
