This is a full-time, in-person position with a competitive salary of $68,000 per year plus a performance-based incentive plan. Position Summary As Property Manager, you will take ownership of all day-to-day operations, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and team development. You’ll lead a full site team including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff. You will also work closely with our Regional Leasing Portfolio Manager on leasing strategy, application flow, and occupancy success. Key Responsibilities Oversee all operations of a 500+ unit multifamily property Lead and mentor on-site teams: leasing, maintenance, and admin Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic leasing and renewal practices Monitor and report on occupancy, delinquency, collections, renewals, and resident satisfaction Ensure timely completion of work orders, unit turns, and move-ins Manage vendor relationships, preventative maintenance, and capital projects Conduct routine property inspections and uphold curb appeal standards Respond to resident concerns and maintain high satisfaction ratings Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing and local landlord-tenant laws Maintain accuracy in Yardi, RentCafe, and CRM systems for leasing, financials, and reporting Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in property management, preferably at a 500+ unit community Proven leadership experience in hiring, training, and managing staff Proficiency with Yardi, RentCafe, or similar CRM/property management software Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing guidelines Valid Driver’s License Schedule Full-time Day shift On-site only Compensation & Benefits $68,000 annual salary (based on experience) Incentive/bonus plan 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Growth and advancement opportunities Application Questions Do you have experience managing 500+ unit multifamily properties?
