This isn’t a role for someone looking to break into multi-site management—it’s for someone who’s already done it successfully and is ready for a long-term, high-impact opportunity.

A decisive, people-focused leader who knows how to get results while supporting your team. Skilled at managing 3 or more multifamily properties and leading 6+ on-site team members . Comfortable with the unique demands of pre-war buildings, garden-style communities, and midrise properties . Professional, approachable, and respected for your calm under pressure and structured approach. What You’ll Be Doing Financial Management Own the financial performance of each property: rent collection, budgeting, and expense control. Reduce delinquencies, monitor banking activity, and drive consistent cash flow. Leasing Support the leasing team with traffic generation and closing strategies. Oversee leasing performance and ensure timely follow-up with prospects. Collaborate on marketing, social media, and outreach efforts to support occupancy goals. Resident Relations Maintain strong, professional relationships with residents—consistent, solution-oriented, and fair. Address resident concerns promptly and enforce lease terms with integrity. Maintenance & Operations Partner with maintenance to ensure well-kept, compliant, and well-run communities. Recommend and oversee capital improvements, upgrades, and preventive maintenance plans. Stay ahead of inspections, vendor management, and property safety protocols. Team Management Hire, train, and lead your team with a focus on accountability and retention. Foster a positive workplace culture and provide consistent coaching and support. Serve as a steady, experienced guide for both new and seasoned staff. What You Bring to the Table At least 5 years of experience managing 3+ multifamily communities Proven leadership of 6 or more team members across multiple sites Strong working knowledge of garden-style, midrise, and pre-war buildings Familiarity with Yardi is a plus Working knowledge of Section 8 and NJ Fair Housing regulations Polished communication skills and calm, confident leadership presence An intuitive problem-solver who leads with structure, empathy, and clarity What We Offer 15 PTO days, 2 floating holidays, 8 federal holidays, plus your birthday off Monthly Employee of the
