The Arc of Ocean County is looking for a Group Home Manager to oversee a Residential Apartment Program in Toms River NJ. Responsibilities include the overall management of daily activities of residents in the program. Scheduling staff and ensuring that DDD standards are maintained throughout all facets of the Apartment Program. Must also recruit, hire, and supervise staff in the performance of their duties.
