www.hcommons.com Therapist, Counselor, Case Worker, Case Manager, Social Worker, Outpatient, Mental Health, Behavioral Health, License, LCSW, Adult, Crisis worker, Emergency Screening, Intervention Specialist, LPC, LMF Summary Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Residential Unit Director will oversee the Residential group home and the Homeless and Mentally Ill program (HMI/PATH). Responsibilities include supervision of staff, completion of intake assessments, hiring and training staff, and ensuring staff coverage. Candidates should have strong documentation and reporting skills. This position will be responsible for quality assurance and maintaining regulatory compliance for both programs. Case management and direct care services will be required as needed. As a Residential Supervisor at Healthcare Commons, Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our residential group home program. This position is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities and operations of residential programs. Ensure compliance with all agency policies, regulations and standards of care. Provide leadership and support to staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their unique needs. Conduct regular assessments to monitor residents’ progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure that all services provided adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate with external agencies and families to facilitate comprehensive care for residents. Train staff on best practices in caregiving, case management, and crisis intervention. Requirements Master’s degree in psychology or related field required. Strong background in caregiving or social work, particularly with individuals with mental health diagnoses. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday (8:30am-5:00pm). The individual must be accessible by phone and available during off hours for clinical support. Competitive Salary Offered.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in psychology or related field. One year of experience in the mental health field and 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Driver’s abstract must meet insurance carrier’s requirement. Valid CPR and first aid are required upon employment or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
