We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee operations at a 200+ unit multifamily property in Bound Brook, New Jersey. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a $68,000 annual salary plus a performance-based incentive plan. Position Overview As Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, from leasing performance to maintenance coordination and resident satisfaction. You’ll manage a dedicated team and ensure the community is running smoothly, meeting occupancy goals, and delivering a top-tier living experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of a 200+ unit property Supervise leasing and maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance Drive leasing goals and monitor occupancy, renewals, and resident retention Address resident concerns and create a positive community atmosphere Handle rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and financial reporting Coordinate unit turns, move-ins, and maintenance requests with the team Manage vendor relationships and preventative maintenance schedules Conduct property inspections to ensure standards of quality and curb appeal Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local regulations Maintain accurate records in property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, or similar) Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager Experience managing a property with 200+ units preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficient in Yardi, RentCafe, or similar CRM/property management software Strong communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations Valid Driver’s License Schedule Full-time Day shift On-site presence required Compensation & Benefits $68,000 annual salary (based on experience) Incentive/bonus program 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Career development and advancement opportunities Application Questions Do you have experience managing or assisting at a 200+ unit multifamily property?
