Regional Property Manager/Tenant Relations Manager AMI Management New Jersey Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of property management, including facilities management and real estate administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to managing operations, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective upselling strategies. Duties Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations. Develop and implement property management strategies that align with company objectives. Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. Collaborate with leasing teams to drive occupancy rates through effective sales techniques and upselling opportunities. Maintain accurate records related to property operations, including data entry for financial reports, contracts, and legal documentation. Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for timely repairs and facility management tasks. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to track property performance against goals. Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations where applicable. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential. Familiarity with facilities management practices and legal administrative processes is preferred. Strong sales skills with a track record of successful upselling in a real estate or property management context. Proficient in data entry, file management, and contract administration. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, staff, and vendors. $94,402.00 – $108,570.00 per year
