Job Summary As a Community AccountManager, you will be assigned a portfolio of muti-dwelling unitproperties. The primary responsibility as CAM, is to grow andmaintain market share by selling new movers, win-back customers,and upgrade existing customers to maximize monthly recurringrevenue. Additionally, our CAM, will develop and manage the onsiterelationship with the leasing staff, to ensure we are maximizingthe terms of our marketing agreement, driving growth througheducating staff and residents about the value of our products andreliability of our service, while positioning Altice USA favorablyagainst competitors and for contract renewals. In this role, youwill be assigned new properties ensuring we maximize MDU new buildcustomer penetration by working with onsite sales personnel andinternal field operations to be “first to the door”.Responsibilities Consistent achievement of monthly sales, revenuequotas and key performance indicators. Coordinate marketing eventsand cultivate relationships with sales, leasing staff and HOAsrepresenting our brand, products while providing serviceexcellence. Conduct site and virtual visits with property staff,updating and replenishing sales collateral, and educating leasingstaff about new and existing product offers and the value of theoptimum brand. Schedule quarterly/semi-annual reviews with propertystaff to “walk” the property, understand business trends and shareproperty performance against established targets. Act as a liaisonbetween property management and our internal Technical Operations,Construction Department and Sales Support to address service issuesthat impacts our ability to deliver on-time and exceptionalservice. Timely tracking and reporting of all sales, events,visits, and property escalations. Act as a point of contact withBulk Property management staff, coordinating new customeronboarding and de-bulk events. All other duties assigned by yoursupervisor. Qualifications 5 years related experience. Ability totravel up to 75% Strong communication skills are a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite programs isrequired. Business Development experience with emphasis on newcustomer acquisition and relationship management. Must beself-motivated and able to work independently. Computer skills,including Windows-based applications, and the ability to workwithin Salesforce and sales order entry and CRM platforms. Strongpeople and relationship management skills. Valid drivers licenseand driving record within Company standards. The rate/range provided hereinis the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflectfuture job opportunity.
