Properties:

30 residential rental units 50% of units under HAP Section 8 contract

• Section 8 experience helpful but not required Responsibilities include: Preparing monthly rent rolls Managing tenant accounts Processing lease renewals and rental applications Drafting basic court documents Communicating with tenants, maintenance staff, and property owners

Requirements:

Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Excellent writing and communication skills Strong organization and time management Ability to meet deadlines independently Must provide your own laptop and cellphone

Job Details:

$20/hour 40 hours per month (flexible schedule) In-person onboarding required Ongoing work is ~50% remote
