APARTMENT SITE LEASING MANAGER
GVRPC, Inc. 145 Park Road, Batavia, NY 14020 Site Manager needed for apartment complex in Batavia, NY. Applicant must be professional with good organizational and math skills. Must have experience with MS Office. Responsible for leasing and managing apartments according to regulatory requirements Ability to work independently. Experience working with older and/or disabled persons. Leasing experience as well as experience with regulated affordable housing is a plus. Position is a permanent part-time position at 13.5 hours per week. Pay is $17.25-$18.00/hr based on experience.
