Residential Services Coordinators (RSC) oversee multiple homes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Provides oversight and support to Residential Managers by planning, coordinating, supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere. WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?

Provide direct supervision and evaluation of assigned Residential Managers.
Work to assure each Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) is within program budget, as well as state and federal regulations. Promote cooperation and successful interactions by maintaining open and positive communication with people receiving services, family members, and other service providers.
Use various software platforms for specific job functions.
Working in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field preferred.
Previous supervisory experience
Valid NYS driver’s license with a safe driving record
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
