• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
• Strong understanding of cannabis products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage daily operations efficiently.
• Proficiency in Dutchie point-of-sale systems and inventory management software or can pick up fast.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Desired Skills
