GATEHOUSE
Residential Communities, prior residential experience NEEDED. This position requires attention to customer service and to be able to communicate well with guest and residents as they are on the property. Job duties required but not limited to: • Checking ID’s, contacting residents, filling out logbooks, ability to write incident reports, attention to any suspicious activity.
Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour
SCHEDULE FOR GATEHOUSE IS
FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS 4pm to 12am Must have valid NYS Security License 16 hour certificate 8 hour certificate
