From novice to expert, GSH employees are ambitious, professional, and accountable. GSH is currently looking to add an Assistant Technical Facility Manager for our client located in New York, NY. GSH looking for an individual that will be responsible for the day to day operations of all the facility’s needs. Will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the clients’ team to ensure the facility is always operating at a platinum level. Weekly Schedule is Saturday through Wednesday 10:00pm to 6:00am.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with internal and external clients Logging calls into the CMMS and PO systems Managing the CMMS Communicating with vendors Management of vendors Scheduling all works All hard and soft services including cleaning contracts, security and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance Responsible for a call-out system for emergencies, security and alarm-related call-outs Fire safety procedures and compliance Ensuring site is secure Carry out specific tasks as directed by the client Monitor and adjust BMS system Maintain appropriate records Oversee all energy usage and projects Manage projects as needed in accordance with client requirements Comply and observe all good working practices and to comply with all health and safety regulations •
Key Skills:
Strong client communications/concierge service essential Facility based 5 years minimum experience required Previous experience of facilities/office services department Working experience of health & safety management Required experience:
