Job Description
Your new company HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with one of the largest and most successful Real Estate developers, owner/operators in the nation, with over 80,000 units in their portfolio worth over $60 billion worth of development and acquisition activity. Your new role As the Regional Property Manager, you will support one of the largest new construction affordable housing projects in NYC in over 35 years. Once complete, this impressive project will feature 2,400+ affordable housing units, retail assets, a public school, a hotel, and a soccer stadium. With the first phase of construction currently underway, the Regional Property Manager will play a pivotal role in the historic project and is one of their most important hires. The Regional Property will manage a team of leasing, administrative, compliance, and maintenance staff. What you’ll need to succeed 5-10 years of experience in property management within the NYC affordable housing space LIHTC and Section 8 program experience required Well-versed in budget management + financial oversight Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and train onsite staff What you’ll get in return $180-190K base salary Bonus 20+ days
