Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Resident Property Associate to join their team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to break into the property management field. The Resident Property Associate will support onsite operations, tenant relations, and cross-functional administrative tasks while working closely with a Property Manager. Responsibilities of the
Resident Property Associate:
Serve as a key Resident Property Associate, interfacing daily with residents, vendors, and property staff to ensure a smooth and professional living experience. Manage incoming service requests, track resolutions, and maintain clear communication with all parties involved. Assist with preparing monthly financial summaries and monitoring property expenses to stay within budget. Support the procurement of building services and supplies. Participate in special projects and gain hands-on experience across departments, including Leasing, Compliance, Construction, and Commercial Management. Ensure ongoing compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing regulations. Uphold maintenance schedules and handle other administrative duties as needed. Resident Property Associate:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service instincts. Any relevant Resident Property Associate experience. Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to learn and adapt quickly to new software and procedures. Preferred Experience/Skills for the
Resident Property Associate:
Familiarity with real estate or property management is helpful. Experience with platforms such as Yardi is a plus.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
