Administrative Assistant/Property Manager Residential Development Group Ozone Park, NY 11417 ASSISTANT
PROPERTY / OFFICE MANAGER
Queens based real estate development / property management firm seeks individual for position of Full time office manager. A successful candidate needs to be very well organized and detail oriented. This role requires a hands on, take charge professional who will play a key role in maintaining and improving the financial /management functions. Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but limited to: Knowledge of QuickBooks. Experienced in residential property management. Knowledge of AppFolio is preferred. Knowledge of Word & Excel. General accounting functions, general ledger maintenance, journal entry preparation and posting, monthly closings and associated reports. Analyzing, developing, and implementing processes for increased efficiencies and better control.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in accounting. Knowledge and experience of computerized accounting systems. High level of proficiency with Excel and other office technologies. Strong organizational skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to work independently and with all levels. Excellent written and verbal skills.

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
