Our deep understanding of real estate construction allows us to maintain the highest standards of excellence in the physical upkeep and financial health of our properties. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Condominium Coordinator to join our professional team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and financial stability of our condominium properties.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Track property expenses, review invoices, and maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records. Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports, including profit and loss statements, for presentation to senior management and Condominium Boards. Collaborate on the development of annual budgets and propose strategies for cost optimization. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for annual general meetings and other board meetings.
Resident and Owner Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact for residents and owners, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain strong relationships with Condominium Boards and effectively communicate key information regarding building operations and finances. Assist in the preparation and distribution of notices, newsletters, and other communications to residents.
Qualifications:
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, owners, board members, and vendors. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of property management principles and practices is a plus. Experience with condominium management software is a plus.
