Estate Manager Position Available In Suffolk, New York

The Estate Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of a sophisticated East Hampton estate, managing a team of department leads and support staff. This role will be an integral position within our team and will act as a main point of contact as well as the culture carrier for the estate team. The Estate Manager will ensure seamless communication across teams, and serves as the primary point of contact for the Principals while in residence. A strong background in hospitality and estate operations is essential. The position reports directly to the Director and requires frequent local travel throughout the Hamptons. We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on, and highly proactive individual with a natural high touch service orientied mentality. We are a true team and have a large-scale operations that prides itself on integrity, hospitality, and innovative household operations at the higest level. Key Highlights:

Direct management of House Manager, Facilities Manager, and administrative staff, plus coordination with vendors and outside contacts. Full oversight of estate interiors and exteriors, including daily inspections, project tracking, and the development of new refined prodecures. Hospitality leadership including guest services, event support, and high-touch service coordination with the Culinary and Travel teams. Hands-on responsibility for budgeting, property enhancements, staff onboarding, and ensuring all safety and security protocols are upheld.
