Job Summary:

Apply customer service skills to ensure the overall maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring that all physical aspects of the properties meet the owner’s and the company’s established standards. Assess and coordinate the repair of all aspects of the properties: plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall.

Requirements:

1-3 years of prior Property Management Operations experience preferred. Clean, valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation and the ability to reach multiple sites per day throughout the Hamptons is essential. Some heavy lifting is required. Knowledge of construction and systems within upscale properties is a plus. Ability to present a polite and professional appearance while interacting with clients in their homes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Have a clear understanding of all the property’s needs, requirements, and nuances. Ensure all property managers’ drive sheets are current and updated daily. Ensure all seasonal transition sheets are current and updated regularly. Schedule weekly “Property Status Meetings” with property managers. Issue “Monthly Home Reports” for each property. Produce quarterly requests for funds for each property. Communicate with the team daily. Schedule annual meeting with clients to discuss “Capital Improvement Projects”. Complete an Annual Summary for each property. Ensure that sub-agreements, W-9’s and insurance certificates are on file for all subcontractors working at properties.
