Residential Manager 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 901 East Main Street, Riverhead, NY 11901 RISE is a nonprofit organization that was established in 1980 as Aid To The Developmentally Disabled (ADD) by family members who were concerned about the physical and emotional decline of patients compelled to live in crowded institutions. These family members believed that appropriate treatment and training in a warm, sheltered, homelike environment would enhance their physical and emotional growth. With the support, funding and licensing of New York State’s Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the Office of Mental Health (OMH), ADD came to life. We are currently seeking a residential manager to assist in the daily operations of a residential group home located in Northville. This program was the first residential program that Rise Life Services opened and operated. The program islocated on a beautiful property that overlooks the Long Island sound and is joined with the Sensory Gardens. The Sensory Gardens is one of our state of the art day programs that we operate. Under the direct supervision of the IRA/ICF Assistant Director and/or Program Coordinator, the Residential Manager will oversee and maintain successful operation of the Individualized Residential Alternative/Intensive Care Facility serving Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The Residential Manager is expected to carry out responsibilities with the utmost professionalism, forward-thinking, and a positive role-model.

Requirements:

BA Strongly preferred Valid NYS Drivers License required _ 3 years experience working with the Developmentally Disabled required _ Prior Supervisory experience required

$64,350.00 – $67,350.00 per year
