Compensation:

$45,000 – $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Coordinate on-site operations Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process Oversee and work with maintenance staff to beautify property with willingness to be hands-on Collect current and delinquent rents Enforce rules and standards of occupancy Resolve resident/tenant complaints, resident relations Welcome residents and prospective residents with excellent customer service Leasing, move-ins, move-outs Respond to inquiries and process rental applications Show homes for sale/rent

Qualifications:

Knowledge of leasing rules Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Works comfortably in a fast paced environment Great with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Proven track record of successful sales and management High School Diploma or equivalent High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use Minimum of two years of residential property management experience, no exceptions Must have a valid driver’s license Must undergo a mandatory background check Must be legally permitted to work in the United States About Company We are a privately held company that owns and operates manufactured housing and RV communities throughout the country.
