The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, managing owner relations.
Responsibilities:
Prominent Management company in Tarrytown, New York seeks Property Manager with minimum five years condominium and cooperative management experience. Cooperative management experience a must. Job has excellent salary, 401K and paid vacation. Duties include monthly board meeting attendance and weekly site visits. Must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of MS word, and Outlook. Properties located in, Rockland and Westchester counties.
