Site Manager – Residential Interior Trim Fine Line Trim LLC Adams County, PA A Field Interior Trim Site Manager oversees the interior trim aspect of construction projects in the field, ensuring that trim work aligns with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves managing teams, scheduling, inspecting, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:

Oversee the installation of interior trim, ensuring it meets project specifications and quality standards.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of finish carpenters, promoting communication, efficiency, and a positive work environment.

Quality Control:

Meeting Standards Conduct regular inspections of trim work to ensure it meets safety, building code, and industry

Scheduling and Coordination:

Plan and coordinate trim work schedules, liaise with clients, architects, and other subcontractors to address issues and ensure timely project completion.

Resource Allocation:

Monitor and manage resources (materials, labor) to ensure efficient project execution and minimize waste.

Safety:

Enforce and maintain safety protocols on the construction site, ensuring all team members follow regulations and best practices.

Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues or delays and develop effective solutions to keep the project on schedule.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with team members, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
