Position Purpose:
The Child Crisis Residential Program Supervisor works closely with the Senior Manager to maximize clinical productivity, financial performance, and customer service in the Child Crisis Residential (CIRCA) program. Assumes administrative responsibility for the unit including staffing, business planning, and ongoing financial and operational analysis. Implements Pittsburgh Mercy’s policies and procedures. Establishes unit policies and goals.
What you will do:
Human Resource Management:
Supervise clinical staff including monthly individual supervisions. Ensure Staff is trained on the tools to do their job. Ensure staff has development and goal plans in place. Lead treatment teams and keep records of documentation. Monitor Clinical and Productivity Workflow of person served: Have processes in place to account for the workflow of a person served, an appointment, clinical information, etc.
Problem Solving :
Know and manage the exceptions, find patterns, the root cause, and prevention. Supervise 8-15 colleagues Manage a 24/7 Acute Child Unit Assist in building out and updating policies for our new
CIRCA Program Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s in Human Services or related discipline and 3 years (1 as a supervisor/lead) of relevant experience in area of clinical or related direct service expertise. Act 33/34/73

Schedule:
