Responsibilities:
Manage property finances, including budgets, CAM reconciliations, and reporting.
Foster strong tenant and vendor relationships to ensure quality service.
Conduct property inspections and oversee preventive maintenance.
Lead capital projects and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee lease administration, delinquencies, and renewals.
Partner with leasing teams to support tenant retention.
Monitor operating expenses and approve vendor invoices.
Supervise onsite staff and vendor performance. Requirements 5 or more years of commercial property management experience
Possess an active Pennsylvania Real Estate License or willing to obtain one
Strong knowledge of lease administration and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Suite applications
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
