Commercial Property Manager Position Available In Allegheny, Pennsylvania

A full-service real estate firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant commercial property featuring retail shops, restaurants, offices, and event spaces. Responsibilities:

Manage property finances, including budgets, CAM reconciliations, and reporting. Foster strong tenant and vendor relationships to ensure quality service. Conduct property inspections and oversee preventive maintenance. Lead capital projects and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company policies. Oversee lease administration, delinquencies, and renewals. Partner with leasing teams to support tenant retention. Monitor operating expenses and approve vendor invoices. Supervise onsite staff and vendor performance.
