Up to $2,000 Make a Meaningful Impact Join Achieva’s leadership team as a Community Living Supervisor and help coordinate the daily operations of Community Homes supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Position Summary The Community Living Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assigned residential sites, providing direct care support, and ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures. This role supervises staff, develops schedules, monitors medication and documentation, and implements outcome-based plans in alignment with each person’s goals. Through our partnership with the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) , you will: Enroll in the Front Line Supervisor (FLS) certification program Receive a pay rate increase and bonus upon completion Key Responsibilities Provide direct care support in daily living, social, and recreational activities Develop, adjust, and manage staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage Maintain individual records, household documents, and medication logs Implement and monitor outcome plans in line with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) Ensure upkeep and safety of the home environment Serve as a communication link between staff, individuals, and leadership Oversee individual funds and assist with receipts, banking, and documentation Coordinate medications and ensure timely administration after training Participate in general staff meetings and performance evaluations Mentor staff and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2+ years in ID/DD field preferred) Supervisory experience preferred Ability to perform one-person physical transfers Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation Must meet Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearance requirements First Aid/CPR certification required within two months of hire Completion of Achieva’s Medication Administration training required Why Join Achieva?
