Job Description
Apartment Leasing 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Beaver Falls, PA Leasing Specialist needed for apartment community in Freedom, PA. The new Leasing Specialist will assist the property manager and learn all aspects of the business. Leasing Specialists will sell prospective apartment seekers, give outstanding customer service to current residents, and direct marketing efforts for maximum occupancy.

Requirements:
5+ years in customer service. Marketing skills a plus. Good communicator with logical problem solving ability. Hands-on staff must be physically able to walk property. Better than basic computer skills. Ability to pass a drug screen & criminal background check. Our communities are a smoke free environment.
