REPORTS TO
Deputy Executive Director Job description The Program Supervisor position directly supervises community support associates assigned to the home; in addition, the Program Supervisor will perform Community Living as per the program schedule and/or programmatic need. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure the home complies with agency, county, regional, and state regulations; documentation to include clinical data, reports and data collection; dispensing, checking, reordering medications; maintaining household supplies and grocery shopping; managing and tracking personal spending accounts; implementing teaching strategies; community outreach and networking; providing transportation; function as a team leader when required, including providing direct care to and transporting the individuals using agency or personal vehicle; establishing effective relationships with all persons affiliated with the house.
Minimum Qualifications:
Four years of combined training and experience in the field of human services. May include a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or several years of direct experience in the intellectual disabilities field. Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; Understand, develop and implement learning objectives; Basic household management skills; Be physically able to lift and participate in physical activities of daily living; Ability to pass child abuse, State Police and FBI clearances; Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive; Have access to a privately maintained vehicle; and operate an agency vehicle when required.
