Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Implement project management strategies for renovations or upgrades to enhance property value. Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing training and support as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or a related field is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with project management principles to oversee renovations or improvements. Ability to fabricate solutions for unique property challenges as they arise. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff, and vendors. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and reports.
