Property Manager 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Glenmoore, PA 19343 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, maintenance management, and project management. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining properties,, and managing a team effectively. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations. Coordinate maintenance activities, including HVAC repairs and other facility-related tasks, ensuring timely completion. Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Implement project management strategies for renovations or upgrades to enhance property value. Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing training and support as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with project management principles to oversee renovations or improvements. Ability to fabricate solutions for unique property challenges as they arise. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff, and vendors. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and reports.
