Core Responsibilities Rental Collections Evictions Owner Financial Statements Owner/Client Satisfation Job Summary The Rental Property Specialist is responsible for communicating, answering inquiries and interacting with Owners and Tenants. They will serve as the primary point of contact. Role and Responsibilities Provide correspondence to owners and tenants Ensuring prompt response to owner inquiries, concerns and requests Monitor Monthly Rent Payments Function as a primary liaison between owners and tenants, maintenance issues Monitor Lease Renewals Manage eviction processes and keep owners updated Stay abreast of local, state and federal laws and regulations relevant to property management Qualifications and Education Requirements 5 years of experience in the Property Management industry or position Ability to establish and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented Knowledge of Section 8 Housing Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Experience with Property Management software preferred Customer Service Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $30 to $32 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
