Leasing Manager Confidential Erie, PA 16502 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing tenant relationships and property operations. Responsibilities Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units and conducting property tours. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize Yardi software for data entry, lease management, and tracking tenant information. Experience with Rent Manager Highly Preferred• Conduct thorough background checks and ensure compliance with legal administrative requirements related to leasing contracts. Implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including applications, contracts, and correspondence. Collaborate with facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and ensure adherence in all leasing practices. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and prospects. Proficiency in Yardi, Rent Manager or similar property management software for efficient data entry and record keeping. Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing contracts and Fair Housing regulations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to effectively upsell property features and benefits to potential tenants. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience in administrative roles or facilities management is a plus.
