If so, the Pennsylvania Treasury Department invites you to join our team as the Northwest Regional Program Relationship Manager. This role covers Erie, Crawford, Warren McKean, Elk, Forest, Venango, Mercer, Clarion, Jefferson and Clearfield Counties. As a Regional Program Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting Treasury’s Consumer Programs (PA 529, PA ABLE, Keystone Scholars, and Unclaimed Property) by representing the Bureaus of Unclaimed Property and Savings Programs. to become the Northwest Regional Program Relationship Manager and help shape the future of our community! The Pennsylvania Treasury Department is an independent agency led by the elected State Treasurer and one of the largest state treasuries in the country, serving as custodian of more than $150 billion. Treasury plays a critical role in state government operations, acting as the custodian, investor, and disburser of funds for nearly all state agencies. Treasury also offers a wide range of programs and services to Pennsylvania families, including the PA 529 College and Career Savings Program; the PA ABLE Savings Program for people with disabilities; and our work to return more than $4 billion of Unclaimed Property to its rightful owners. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

As a Regional Program Relationship Manager, your work will focus on promoting the Bureaus of Savings and Unclaimed Property programs through meetings, events, conferences, consultations, personal outreach, and speaking engagements. Duties involve developing and coordinating relationships with community groups, the public, and industry stakeholders to enhance program awareness and engagement. You will also plan and execute outreach programs tailored to specific audiences, adapting collateral and messaging to their needs and preferences. Excellent networking skills are employed to coordinate outreach methods and strategies with other Bureau of Savings Programs employees to identify new audiences for event participation and community involvement. This position affords the opportunity to communicate and interface directly with the public at events to address questions about Treasury and its consumer programs. We are looking for a dynamic self-directed professional who possesses excellent time management skills.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time, home headquartered employment.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

This position may require evening and weekend hours for events and regular daily travel in your region. You may be required to travel to other regions in the Commonwealth to assist with events.
