Property Management Coordinator Wellington Fort Washington, PA 19034 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of property management, ensuring that all aspects of property maintenance and tenant relations are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of property management principles, along with the ability to manage conflicts and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors. Responsibilities Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Assist in facilities management by overseeing repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance. Maintain accurate records of property management activities using software such as OneSite. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Support the upselling of available services or amenities to current tenants. Manage tenant relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. Collaborate with legal administrative teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to property management. Prepare reports on property conditions, maintenance needs, and tenant satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management. Familiarity with legal aspects of property management is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems; experience with OneSite is advantageous. Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle tenant disputes or issues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
