The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of property management, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to residents and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to managing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and staff. Duties Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards. Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and enhance tenant satisfaction. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational expenses for each property. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates. Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues. Collaborate with facilities management teams to maintain property conditions and address maintenance requests efficiently. Provide administrative support related to real estate operations, including documentation and reporting. Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions with tenants and improve service delivery. Train, supervise, and mentor property staff to promote a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a focus on administrative tasks in real estate. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively. Familiarity with Rent Manager or similar property management software is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, staff, and vendors. A background in law or facilities management is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
