Position Summary:
The Assistant Community Manager plays a key role in supporting the operations and governance of the Belfair Property Owners Association. This leadership-support position is responsible for promoting property standards, ensuringpliance with governing documents, and providing exceptional service to themunity. The role requires collaboration with the POA Board of Directors, the Leadership Team, and broader membership, representing management with professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to residents, guests, and fellow associates in a manner consistent with Belfair POA values.
Serves as a back-up to the Community Manager during absences, and emergencies, ensuring continuity of operations and resident support.
Promote and enforce property owners’pliance with Belfair POA covenants and governing documents, issuing notices of violation when necessary.
Investigateplaints andmunity disturbances and resolve concerns guided by established rules and regulations.
Support the Security Department in ticketing processes and violation documentation.
Ensure timely responses to resident inquiries, calls, and emails—within 24 hours.
Assist in preparing agendas, managing calendars, andpiling documentation for association meetings.
Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
Coordinate timelines andmunications forpliance andmunity operations to ensure statutory deadlines are met.
Work independently with accountability for results and minimal supervision.
Track and report monthly data onpliance-related issues.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
Positive attitude and ownership mentality with strong attention to detail.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Education & Certifications:
Associate’s or College degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Willingness to pursue CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification is a plus.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Experience & Technical Skills:
Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and support security andmunity management platforms.
Prior experience inmunity or property management preferred.
