Rent Holy City is seeking a visionary Director to lead and inspire a team of property managers, a field manager, and an administrative assistant. This is a leadership role designed for someone who is passionate about growth, team development, and driving revenue and portfolio expansion. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the
Team:

Provide hands-on leadership to property managers, a field manager, and an admin assistant. Foster a supportive, high-performance culture that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

    Drive Growth:

    Execute strategies that expand our door count and revenue. Focus on long-term growth by building strong owner relationships and optimizing our management offerings.

      Coach and Empower:

      Conduct one-on-ones, team meetings, and development check-ins to help team members reach their potential.

        Operational Excellence:

        Oversee day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.

          Strategic Planning:

          Partner with ownership to identify growth opportunities and ensure business development goals are met.

            Accountability & Performance:

            Set clear expectations, track KPIs, and hold the team accountable for performance, customer service, and compliance.

            Qualifications:
            • 3+ years of leadership experience in property management or a related industry
            • Proven track record of team leadership and business growth
            • SC Property Manager or Broker license preferred (or ability to obtain)
            • Strong understanding of residential property management, maintenance, and compliance
            • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
